Shipping Information

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. All orders are shipped on our fleet of refrigerated trucks to ensure the integrity of the products. Orders placed by 5pm EDT will be delivered the next day.

In order to serve you better, we also offer same day delivery Monday through Friday for orders placed by 9:30 am.

We take pride in the fact that we always get compliments on how courteous, friendly and helpful our drivers are.

Beef Steak cooking temperatures

The best way to judge doneness of a steak is by temperature.

130 degrees rare

130-135 medium rare

141-150 medium well done

156 over well-done

To test, insert a cooking thermometer in the thickest part of the meat well away from bone. Test in several places.
