TEST KITCHEN AND TRAINING ROOM:

A modern fully equipped test kitchen and training classroom allows us to test and demonstrate the latest products being produced by A. Thomas and other food manufacturers. This area is also available to our institutional customers for specific product testing, demonstrations and evaluation. Various individual groups interested in seeing products related to health-care, fund-raising, employee gifts, employee discount sales, etc. are invited to contact us regarding the use of this area.

The best way to judge doneness of a steak is by temperature.

130 degrees rare

130-135 medium rare

141-150 medium well done

156 over well-done


To test, insert a cooking thermometer in the thickest part of the meat well away from bone. Test in several places.
