MEAT PROCESSING AREA:
The meat processing areas are divided into three separate departments designed to maintain food safety and production efficiency. The first and largest area is where we process the raw beef, pork, veal, and lamb. In the second area, fresh poultry is processed. In the third area, fully-cooked products such as roasted prime rib, baked ham, turkey, roast beef, corned beef, lunch meats, and cheeses are portion cut or sliced according to our customer's specifications.
